Cancellation Policy

Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. allows its customers to cancel their orders up to 3 hours after their order confirmation is done. However, if the order is still not processed or shipped, Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. will still allow its customers to cancel their orders and will refund any payments already made by the customer for the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in the future. Once the shipment has been done, Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. does not encourage any cancellations.

 

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which violates the terms & conditions of using the website, we, at our sole discretion, could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

 

Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor issues, natural disasters, acts of God, wars, or riots.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

 

Orders once placed and processed through larmindiafoods.in may not be cancelled or refunded.

 

Estimated Delivery Time is approximately 7-8 days to deliver the food items to the customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.

 

In the event the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in delivery or if the food items were damaged, the customer shall, at the time of delivery, return the food items to the delivery person with a written complaint on the bill against the signature of the delivery person. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items being damaged, the customer shall inform Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. within 24 hours. Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of the complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within ten days from the date of commencement. The decision of Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding, and conclusive on the customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.

 

After mutual agreement on the refund of payment, Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. In the event the COD servicing company denies returning, Larm India Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall issue a cheque of the amount in favor of the customer. Such a refund shall be fulfilled within 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
